Mode Instruments Order Return and Refund Policy
US Based Customers:
If within 30 days from delivery receipt, at the Customer’s expense, the item is returned to Mode in its original new condition, Mode will refund the entire amount paid for the original product purchase.
Customer maintains risk of loss or damage for any return shipment FOB delivered to Mode. In the event of a return, upon receipt, Mode will inspect to verify that the item is in the original new condition and if so authorize and return the original purchase amount.
International Customers: No Returns
